Travel Program Information

Program Philosophy
PASC is committed to building community by providing a healthy, enjoyable, and competitive soccer experience. The goal of the travel soccer program is to develop a player’s skill set and passion for the game.  Our curriculum, led by professional soccer coaches and a high level of competitive play, will develop complete soccer players, who are technically and tactically proficient, while nurturing the growth of the player through an emphasis on excellence, integrity, commitment and community.

The PASC travel soccer program is a 10-month program designed to provide consistent training  and the program is divided in to four phases, the U8 (Academy), the U9–10 (Travel Academy), U11–14 (Youth Travel), and U15–18 (Senior). Through the program, teams are built to be technically fit, tactically aware, and mentally tough. Each phase has age-specific technical and tactical objectives.


U8 Firebird Academy: LEARN to DEVELOP
Pool Training & Competition, Fall and Spring Outdoor League Play, In-house Winter training and league. Focus on individual skills, developing passion for the game.

U9 & U10: DEVELOP TO TRAIN
Pool Training & Competition, Team Tactics Camp, Fall and Spring Outdoor Training and League, 2-3 Tournaments, In-house Winter training and league. Focus on individual skills, tactical awareness (playing freely to make own decisions/mistakes), and developing a training mentality.

U11 – U14: TRAIN TO COMPETE
Pool Training & Competition, Cup Competition, Team Tactics Camp, Fall and Spring Outdoor Training and League, 3-4 Tournaments, Cup Competition, In-house Winter training and league. Focus on individual skills, tactical awareness (playing freely to make own decisions/mistakes), developing a training mentality and mentoring a competitive attitude.

U15 – U18: Senior Showcase/Travel Program: COMPETE TO WIN
Team Training Sessions, Fitness Sessions, Showcase Tournaments, Cup Competition, In-house Winter training and league. Focus on skill development, tactical awareness (playing freely to make own decisions/mistakes) developed a training mentality, desire to compete and win the physical and mental challenges of the game.
