Kinetic Physical Therapy Adult Recreational League - Fall 2017

Why should the kids have all the fun?

We are pleased to announce the third season of PASC's Adult Recreational Soccer League! The league is designed for adults who are looking for some exercise and fellowship in a recreational soccer environment. Novices and players past their prime are welcome to come out and enjoy the game your kids already love.

Teams will be co-ed and built with plenty of substitutes to allow for many breaks and to accommodate for missed games and other commitments.

The format will be 8v8 and will be played at PASC's fields. The number of teams we will form will be based on the overall registration. Singles and couples are encouraged to register. If you wish to be play with a friend or spouse, we are happy to oblige.

Season will run 6 weeks from September 24th - October 29th.

Registration is now OPEN! All new players will receive a T-shirt as a uniform this season.

Soccer cleats and shin guards are recommended but not required. It may have been a while since some of us asked our bodies to move in a "soccerly" fashion, which could make stopping and changing direction more difficult than we think, leading to inadvertent contact and accidental injury. Cleats will help with traction on the grass and shin guards will add a layer of protection from accidental contact.

If you're interested but hesitant to commit, we will host pick-up games at PASC through the summer. Information on these can be found above. These informal games will help set the standard for the recreational spirit of the league (i.e. the fact that this is NOT a high-level competitive endeavor). Come out and get a feel for the game, get some exercise, and have a laugh with friends from your child's team and our thriving soccer community.

If you have any questions about the league, please direct them to Heather Morgan at
