PASC Lightning Policy

With summer approaching and the likelyhood of afternoon thunderstorms increasing, please review the PASC Lightning Policy:

In the event of lightning or thunder, all training will be stopped immediately.

  • Players will be dismissed to their families to leave the field and return to the safety of their cars.  Parents are encouraged to remain at the field on days where weather conditions are uncertain.
  • Standing under the Snack Stand is NOT a safe shelter from lightning.
  • We will observe a 30 minute lightning delay, meaning that we will not return to the field until 30 minutes have passed since the last flash of lightning or rumble of thunder.
  • PASC Coaching Staff (at their discretion) may send players home early if the session would end before the waiting period elapses.

Concussion Information and Policy

Phoenixville Area Soccer Club (PASC) is adopting new policy regarding concussions based on EPYSA's guidance and program.  This policy and changes will be clearly communicated to parents in early 2014.

Our primary goals is safety and well-being of the kids.
