Registration for Recreational Soccer is OPEN!
The Fall 2023 season is set to begin on Saturday, September 9th and run through Saturday October 28th.  We will have eight soccer weeks. We may have to push back one Saturday as a rain-date for make-up games if needed.  We begin Waitlisting as age groups fill up, but we let in more players as we receive more volunteer coaches.  So please volunteer to coach this season as we are providing discounts to coaches (you will see the option to volunteer during the registration process).

PLAYMETRICS is our Registration System
We utilize PlayMetrics — which provides communication for games and practices during the season, in addition to other features. We are especially excited for you to use the PlayMetrics app, which puts soccer registration, communication, and schedules more effectively on your phone.

If you are a returning PlayMetrics user, simply open Playmetrics and review the programs available to your child and register.  You can add family members to your PlayMetrics account so everyone can receive communications if you choose.  You can add new children to your account as well.  IF you haven't used PlayMetrics before, you must create a NEW PlayMetrics account:

NOTE: Your player will be automatically eligible for the correct age group based on his/her date of birth. Fall 2023 begins the new 2023-24 season, so players will age-up from the spring.

U12 Families: We are hoping to field separate boys and girls teams in the U12 age group this fall. The transition to separate divisions in the U10 program has been highly successful, we hope for similar results in the U12 program. Registration numbers will determine if this is feasible — sign up early and spread the word!

U16-U19 Families: Unfortunately, the current registration numbers do not support forming a team in the U16 or U19 divisions. Please reach out to us if you are interested and we can help identify an alternate league for you.

Suburban League Program Information

SCSL stands for Suburban Counties Soccer League. SCSL is a local soccer league that our older PASC Recreation teams play in (players in grades 5-12). It is run as an intramural style league just like PASC's, but it offers our teams the chance to play other teams in our area (Amity Athletic Club, Boyertown Soccer Club, Coventry Soccer Association, Methacton United Soccer Club, Perkiomen Valley Soccer Club, Phoenixville Area Soccer Club, Pottsgrove Soccer Club, Pottstown Soccer Club, and West-Mont United Soccer Association) fielding their own recreational teams.

Travel is limited geographically and SCSL only applies to PASC teams in 5th through 12th grade. Younger age groups still participate in PASC's house Intramural/Recreational program.

The Suburban Counties Soccer League is a recreational League as defined by the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association, EPYSA, and the United States Soccer Federation. SCSL is not a Travel League. All players are assumed to be intramural in their skill levels and cannot have current travel Player ID passes for the given season. SCSL does not record scores or publish standings. SCSL is a co-ed league with detailed rules to ensure female players are on all rosters and on the playing field at every game. All SCSL referees are licensed as well and are to be treated with respect at all times.

SCSL does not allow the “running up” of any score during a game. A three-goal margin is considered the maximum allowed before coaches with the lead are asked to take steps to avoid further scoring. The SCSL is proud of its long history of good sportsmanship and quality recreational play.

As such, SCSL asks each player to read and take this Player’s Pledge:
  • I accept the intent of the SCSL and will do my best to play within the SCSL Rules and spirit of Recreation play.
  • I will respect my teammates, my opponents, the Referee, all the Coaches and all spectators and NOT engage in any verbal or physical abuse of anyone.
  • I will NOT run up the score on my opponents and will endeavor to limit the goal differential to three goals or less in any game in which I participate.
  • I have fully informed my coach and my club of all of my soccer activities beyond the specific SCSL team that I am joining. This includes:
    • I verify that I am NOT a member of any Travel League
    • I have informed my coach and my club which school teams I belong to and whether I am a starting Varsity player (acceptable for SCSL play but in a controlled manner or role)
    • I have informed my coach and my club of ANY other soccer teams which include me on their roster
    • I will NOT Play for two SCSL teams on a regular basis and only occasionally and on a rotating basis with all other teammates when necessary
