Health and Safety Information for Visiting Teams

  • A face covering must be worn by all athletes when not actively playing. Athletes are encouraged but not required to wear face coverings while on the field of play.
  • Face coverings must be worn by all others at all times (except children <2 yrs).
  • A single parent / guardian is permitted for each child in attendance.
  • Maintain 6' distance at all times from anyone outside your immediate family.
  • If you or anyone in your party has any signs/symptoms of COVID-19, leave the PASC fields immediately.
  • Every player and coach must check his/her temperature at home and refrain from participation if he or she has a temperature above 100º or has any other symptoms of COVID-19.
  • All members / attendees should thoroughly wash/disinfect their hands prior to and immediately after every training session or game.
  • Bring your own hand sanitizer.
  • No sharing of water or snacks.
  • No shaking hands, high fives, fist bump, hugs, etc.
  • A team’s spectators should sit on the opposite side of the field from players. Please use the midfield line as the separation line between opposing teams’ spectators.
  • If a ball goes over the touchline or end line, only players or a coach are to retrieve the ball. Spectators are not to assist with equipment.
  • No tents or social gatherings are permitted before or after a game.
  • All spectators and players should collect their belongings and exit the field complex as quickly as possible following the conclusion of the game.

All members are required to complete the PASC Health Report / Tracking form if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have had contact with a COVID-19 positive individual or are under quarantine. The information transmitted by this form will be used by PASC administration to determine appropriate follow up and club mitigations actions.
